An international jury will make their selection from the submitted photos and assigne the awards.

Special Awards
- Award for the most promising young photographer under 30 years of age (born 1996 or after)
- Award for the photo that most aptly captures the sub-theme ‘Tradition’
- Award for Creativity
The winners of the Gold, Silver and Bronze awards in both categories, as well as the winners of the special awards, will be invited to submit a portfolio and a brief CV, from which a jury will select three special guest exhibitions to be featured at the next edition of Lens op de Mens in 2029.

Our judges are all photographers themselves. We will exhibit about five works by each of them in a separate guest exhibition at Dokter Molemansstraat, the path between Oude Markt and Lod Lavkistraat, POI 14.
